[ARCHIVED] The OC Health Care Agency Has Created the OC COVID-19 Testing Network

The OC Health Care Agency has created the OC COVID-19 Testing Network to provide locations throughout Orange County where people who have symptoms of the coronavirus can be tested.

Testing Network sites are located throughout the County including:

  • Irvine
  • Anaheim
  • Huntington Beach
  • Santa Ana
  • Garden Grove

These sites offer FDA-authorized COVID-19 testing to Orange County residents who have symptoms of COVID-19.

This test identifies infection based upon a sample taken with a swab. It is not a blood test, and therefore it does not test for antibodies.

The most common symptoms of COVID-19 are fever, cough and shortness of breath. A medical assessment is required before being tested, and only those with symptoms will be tested.

There is no out-of-pocket cost, however, a patient’s insurance company may be billed. Appointment for testing with one of the participating clinics is required to assure eligibility and availability of testing.

Visit https://occovid19.ochealthinfo.com/covid-19-testing-and-screening for more information about the test and a list of all testing locations in Orange County.
