Manager Liliana Escobedo started her career with the Tustin Police Department in 2010 as a Police Records Specialist.
CAREER
She was promoted to Records Supervisor in 2017 and Police Support Services Manager in 2021.
Manager Escobedo currently oversees the Property and Records Division which includes the Records Unit and the Property and Evidence Unit. She is also responsible for managing and ensuring the department is in compliance with established Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA) accreditation standards.
EDUCATION
She graduated from the University of California, Irvine with Bachelor's degrees in Criminology, Law and Society and Psychology and Social Behavior.
