Income Limits

Each year, the California Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) establishes income limits for each County based on median income. The current income limits for Orange County are listed in the table below. Please note that if your income exceeds the amounts listed below, you do not qualify for any of the affordable housing programs. Income levels were published by HUD on May 6, 2019.

Current Tiered Income Guidelines
