Housing Choice Voucher Program & Affordable Rental Units – Orange County
The Orange County Housing Authority (OCHA) administers the Housing Choice Voucher Program (previously known as Section 8) and can be reached at (714) 480-2700. OCHA also maintains the list of low-income family and senior apartments for Orange County. The current list can be found on the County's website.

The Fair Housing Foundation (FHF) provides fair housing services for the City of Tustin.
