Application timeline

  • July 1, 2019: CDBG program year 2018-19 begins
  • November 2019: Notices of Funding Availability (NOFA) released for the 2020-21 program year
  • January 2020: Deadline to submit CDBG applications for 2020-21 program year
  • February 2020: Citizen Participation Committee public hearing 
  • April 2020: City Council public hearing 
  • July 1, 2020: CDBG program year 2020-21 begins

Notice of funding availability for the 2020-21 program year

Notice is hereby given that Request for Funding applications are available for the City of Tustin, California, Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program.  This notice of funding availability is applicable to the following:

  • Public service programs/projects for program years 2020-21, 2021-22, and 2022-23
  • Non-public service projects for program year 2020-21

The deadline for filing applications for the City of Tustin’s Community Development Block Grant Program is 5:00 p.m. on January 10, 2020.  No applications will be accepted after that date. Please submit three (3) copies of the completed Request for Funding application to:
