The Fair Housing Foundation (FHF) provides fair housing services for the City of Tustin. FHF promotes equal access to housing opportunities and provides services regarding general housing-related assistance, housing discrimination, fair housing outreach/education, and tenant and landlord rights and responsibilities.

Fair Housing Workshops

Upcoming Workshop

The Fair Housing Foundation will be holding a Virtual Fair Housing Workshop via Zoom from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM on Tuesday, December 5, 2023, for the City of Tustin. This workshop is free and open to the public. Attendees will learn about how they are protected under fair housing laws, what their rights and responsibilities as tenants and landlords are, and how to deal with tenant and landlord disputes.  The Fair Housing Foundation is hosting additional workshops in a virtual format, which are open to all Tustin residents free of charge. 

  • Tuesdays – Virtual Fair Housing Workshops (1:30 PM – 3:00PM Open to Tenants and Landlords)  
  • Wednesdays – Virtual Rental Counseling Workshop (1:30 PM – 4:00 PM Tenant Focused)  
  • 3rd Wednesday of the month – Virtual Source of Income Protections Workshop (10:00 AM – 11:00 AM Landlord Focused)
