Program Overview
The City of Tustin has teamed up with Habitat for Humanity of Orange County to offer a Home Repair Program for low and moderate-income Tustin homeowners who are seniors (62+), disabled, or veterans. This program provides grants of up to $15,000 for essential home repairs, with a focus on improving the health and safety of the home.

- Plumbing
- Heating
- Electrical
- Windows
- Roofing
- Paint
- ADA Improvements
- Lead-based Paint/Asbestos Abatement
Eligibility
To qualify for the program, applicants must:
- Be low to moderate-income Tustin homeowners who are seniors (62+), disabled, or veterans.
- Own and occupy the home as their primary residence.
- Own a single-family residence, townhome, condominium, or manufactured home.
