SB 1383 Organics Recycling Complaint and Violations Form

  1. Please use this form to submit a complaint for an alleged violation of Senate Bill (SB) 1383. Examples of violations include: failure to provide organics or recycling collection service, improper sorting or contamination, missing signage or labeling, and intentionally spoiling edible food that is capable of being recovered.     Only complete this form if the violation has occurred in the City of Tustin. Once submitted, the City of Tustin will review your submission and commence the investigation within 90 days. This form will be submitted anonymously and you will not be disclosed to the violator. If you would like the City of Tustin to contact you on the status of the investigation, you may include your contact information on the bottom section of this form.
