civic center letters

At a Special Council meeting on March 25, 2020, the City Council enacted strict limitations on public use of City parks to help slow the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19).

The Council action calls for the immediate closure of all city park facilities including:

  • Parking lots
  • Playgrounds
  • Recreational structures
  • Picnic facilities
  • Ball fields
  • Courts
  • Exercise equipment
  • Play structures

Tustin parks will remain open solely for passive walking and bicycling but the public must maintain social distancing of at least 6 feet separation between individuals at all times.

Social distancing is already required at all times by order of the State Health Official.
