After more than a year of research and conversations with city staff, Council, our community partners and the Tustin community, we are thrilled to begin rolling out the city’s new community brand.
Tustin Legacy is more than a development project; it is the culmination of years of history and pride, evolved into a space designed to embrace Tustin’s future. Spanning approximately 1,600 acres of land in the City of Tustin and 95 acres in the City of Irvine, Tustin Legacy thoughtfully entwines residential and commercial spaces, parks, outdoor recreation and educational institutions to provide an enhanced community experience. The Tustin Legacy Specific Plan serves as the “blueprint” guiding Tustin Legacy land use, aiming to preserve the location’s rich history while introducing modern infrastructure and amenities reflective of a shared community vision.
