The County of Orange, in partnership with 16 cities, has completed a new Animal Shelter near the corner of Armstrong Avenue and Victory Road to replace the facility in Orange.
Overview
The new facility features:
- "Catios"
- Climate controlled dog kennels
- Community cat rooms
- Dedicated volunteer center
- Grooming rooms
