Support Groups

Alzheimer's Support Group

This support group is provided by the Alzheimer’s Association of Orange County for caregivers of Alzheimer’s patients. Meet with other caregivers who can help you through the anxiety and frustrations you may be experiencing. This program is held every month, pending holiday closures. 

Grief Support Group

If you have lost a loved one and are feeling sad and lost, please come out and share your feelings, others are going through the same thing and comfort, and coping strategies can be found through support. This is a great opportunity to find healing through a support group and to learn how to grieve well. This program is held every month, pending holiday closures.

LGBTQ+Grief Support Group

Monthly support group for those recovering from the loss of a loved one. Inclusive and supportive of diversity, allies welcome. The program is held every month, pending holiday closures.

LBGTQ+Support Group

A safe space to express and share feelings, explore thoughts and experiences and enhance awareness of community resources. This program is held every month, pending holiday closures.

Memory Café 

Memory Café is a program that offers shared experiences for memory care clients, their caregivers, and families. It focuses on nourishing relationships between clients and caregivers within a safe and welcoming space. There will be engaging activities such as crafts, games, and listening to music while socializing. This program is held every month, pending holiday closures.

Parkinson's Support Group

This support group is a safe space to share your experiences and challenges as we learn how to live well with Parkinson’s. The group’s purpose is to socialize, learn about resources, and encourage each other. The program is held every month, pending holiday closures.

Therapy Thursdays

Come and destress with us on Therapy Thursdays with Minnie the therapy dog! Research shows that spending time with animals can help to reduce stress, anxiety and depression on a chemical level. This program is held every month, pending holiday closures.
