The City Council has approved an allocation of Community Development Block Grant funds to assist families that have been affected by COVID-19. The City of Tustin is entering into an agreement with Families Forward, in partnership with Family Solutions Collaborative, to provide emergency rental and/or utilities assistance to families experiencing hardship due to COVID-19. The emergency rental assistance program/utility assistance program will benefit Tustin families who are at-risk of homelessness, and will help them to maintain stable housing.
