We’d love to have you choose The Annex for your next gathering! Conveniently located at the corner of Valencia Avenue and Lansdowne Road, and just off the 5 and 55 freeways, it makes getting together a breeze.
We offer a range of amenities to make your event a success, including audio equipment such as speakers and microphones, video projectors, comfy tables and chairs, whiteboards for all your brainstorming needs, and courtyards where you can relax and enjoy the fresh air. We also have plenty of parking across the street at the Veterans Sports Park
Whether you’re planning a conference, workshop, or meeting, we have five flexible meeting rooms ranging from 500 to 1,400 square feet that can accommodate your group. Plus, don’t miss our spacious 1,700-square-foot dance studio, complete with mirrored walls and a barre—perfect for any movement activities or events! We can’t wait to welcome you!
