This is an exciting time for the City of Tustin.  With the redevelopment of the former MCAS-Tustin into the new Tustin Legacy, residents of our community will benefit from additional shopping, businesses, educational facilities, parks and new residential areas.  Ever mindful of the need for affordable housing, our City Council is committed to making available single family and senior affordable units in the Tustin Legacy Project. 

Developers are responsible for marketing the affordable units and maintaining interest lists.  At present, Lennar Homes and William Lyon Homes in the Villages of Columbus are the developers offering affordable housing.  The lottery for the affordable units has concluded and no applications are being accepted at this time.   Please refer to their website www.villagesofcolumbus.com for more information and updates.

The next phase of housing at Tustin Legacy which will offer affordable units is Coventry Court at Columbus Square.  Coventry Court is a 55+ community being developed by Lennar Homes.  For more information on Coventry Court or to be placed on their interest list, click here.
